Try turning the keys clockwise. If that doesn't work, then you should get your car checked.

Most cars require that you push in the brake before taking the car out of Park. There is a switch inside the gear shift that can go bad. It's called a neutral safety switch. This is one possible cause.

Take it out of reverse.
No your car just wont come out of park.
Making sure the car is in park, if it still wont come out it most likely needs a new lock cylinder.
If your battery is dead it wont come out of park. it has a solenoid that has to release ,if battery is dead it wont. hope this helps.
u have to greese the shaft under thr stick
Do you have it in park? I think it wont let you take out the key if it isn't in park. Hope this is of help.
The lights come on when you start the car. They will not come on if you have the park brake on. Once you release the park brake they will come on immediately.
There is a little plunger switch that tells the car it is in park or neutral so the starter circuit can activate. Cycle through the shifter P-R-N-D... a few times, then go back to park and try again. If that doesnt work, try starting in in Neutral, but keep your foot on the brake pedal so you dont roll.
you probably need a shift lock its further down in the lever it prevents the car from going in to drive without the key and stops you from taking the key out if you forget to put the car in park
when the air dont come on when its hot its because theres no air getting into the car and the car starts to get hot
