No. You'll have to endure new game plus. With the Black Panther soul, the game goes by pretty fast. Even the hardest bosses are doable. I recommend two death rings since you can't get hit anyways, and your hardest hitting weapon.
Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia are relatively similar, as PoR has pictures you have to go into to fight bosses and move through the game by exploring some relatively large sub-maps. OoE has even more places you have to go to get through the game. I was disappointed when I played OoE, because, even though it is fun, a lot of the maps are small, the plot is pretty easy to figure out if you know Castlevania games, and Dracula's castle itself doesn't have many different enemies. Both games have great soundtracks, but PoR just felt like a harder game and has much cooler surprises, so I would say Portrait of Ruin is better than Order of Ecclesia. However, best of them all for the DS is Dawn of Sorrow, if you haven't played that.
The Castlevania Dungeon is a video game created and developed by Konami. The game is centered on the Belmonts, a clan of vampire hunters, and their fight with Dracula.
Look for him in the Wizardry Lab (where you fight Balore, the 2nd boss).
Yes, Dracula is Portrait of Ruin's true final boss.
Nathanael Greene (we fight, get beat, rise, and fight again is one of his famous quotes)
Yes but you have to wait some time before you can fight him again.

No you can't, you will need to make anotehr account and do the quest again to fight him again.
Simon's theme plays during the fight against the boss Legion in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. This battle takes place in the Condemned Tower area.
