A noisy stomach in animals means that the digestive system is working properly.
It is better known as purring.
Because it is a way to clean their stomachs like what happens when dogs eat grass
Felines have only one stomach. Cats are carnivores, and all carnivores have one stomach. It is only ruminants, or mammals that digest plant-based foods, that have multiple parts to their stomachs.
Actually, since cats are carnivores, eating any vegetation isn't good for cats. But cats tend to eat grass and other vegetation to purposely irritate their stomachs so they can throw up hair they've ingested while grooming themselves. This is why hairballs that have been coughed up by cats normally have little bits of plants in them.
Cats are called obligate carnivores which means they must eat meat to survive, as meat and other aspects of prey (such as organs and bone) supply all the nutrients and moisture a cat needs. This is why it is important to feed your pet cat a good quality pet food that has a high meat content, and low on plants such as corn, wheat, grain and soy.Sadly, a lot of pet foods put rice and wheat and corn mixed into dry food for cats, which may lead some to believe cats are actually omnivores. This couldn't be further from the truth. Rice, corn, wheat and other cereals provides nothing in the way of nutrition and pet food manufacturers add this as cheap filler to bulk up the food. Cats cannot derive any nutrients from plants at all.Yes, cats do indeed eat grass, but this is for medicinal purposes as this helps cats to clean out their stomachs - the grass itself does not provide any nutrients at all.Cats, if have access to outside, will often hunt and eat what they catch, which is usually mice, small birds and other small mammals.ALL cats are carnivores. Cats tend not to overstuff themselves and regulate their food, you should feed twice a day but kittens need about 4 meals a day. I feed my cats twice a day but leave water and buscuits out all times in case they get peckish. They are both slim and agile.

Because (s)he wants you to rub his/her belly.
It would be super hard for their stomachs and I advise not to find out.
cats have a voice box, just like we do. They feel a rumble in the back of their throat and it comes out, a it like a hum.
No, but their stomachs feel somewhat hard when they have any types of worms.

Cats are mammals like us, so the brain is located in their head, the same as with all vertebrates.
Lion or tiger would be my bet. They ARE cats, and they DO purr- although it sounds more like a rumble.
Oftentimes cats have saggy stomachs not because they are overweight of have lost an extreme amount of weight but simply given genetics. Some cats will be born with saggy stomachs--males and female. It is a myth that this is caused by spaying a cat, because it is just as common in males as well as females. Just as cats come in all shapes and sizes, with varying tail lengths and even different noses, some will have sagging stomachs and some will not. If your cat has a lump in there stomach though, this could be a hernia or a cyst and it should be checked out by a vet.
