If you have that problem, the best thing to do is turn in your CDL. As soon as its found out, it'll be taken from you anyhow. You can't safely operate a CMV if you're prone to epileptic fits. What happens if you have one while you go down Donner Pass? Trying to hide it and continue driving is only going to lead to you getting yourself and/or others killed.
