to change the fuel pump in a 93 Chevy Blazer you have to first take off the positive battery terminal on your battery. then go ahead and drop the fuel tank there are 2 long metal strips holding the tank up with 8 bolts. undo those and bring down the tank if you have not already empty the fuel tank it must be drained before this or you will have quite a mess on your hands. after it has been dropped you can go ahead and unhook the fuel lines and electrical lines off the fuel pump assembly. then turn it counter clock wise and undo the bolts and pull it out put the new one in the assembly and put back down in the tank this is also a good time to vaccuum out the bottom of your tank to clean of silt that builds up over a long period of time. then hook everything back up put the tank back up the way it was hook the batter up and fill the tank but only put in about 2 gallons just in case you did something wrong if the car starts fine then go ahead and fill the rest and your done!
