Open hood. Remove wing nuts holding lamp assemblies. There should be two for the headlight and another holding the cornering light assembly. Careful when you remove the headlight assembly as you might have to lift a bit to pull it out. For the cornering light assembly, just pull towards front of vehicle. The turning lamp (which I think is what you are asking about) is a tiny little bulb that just pushes in and pulls out of its socket once you remove it from the assembly. No twisting required for the bulb. Reinstall cornering light assembly first. Tighten wing nut for that. Then reinstall headlight and two wing nuts for it.
