There is no reset button. The alarm is disarmed by using the remote or turning the key in the door lock.
When you lock the doors, there will be a small red light on the dash that flashes to tell you the alarm is arming.
take off door panel by removing screws, push in on middle of holders ,lift panel off of door release clips on door lock and door handle rod remove handle.

Use a small screwdriver or ink pen to apply pressure to the latch while pulling on the door handle.
A Chrysler Sebring does not have a reset switch.

you have to dis-engage the passangers door lock with car off.
Has to be disactivated with a drb 3. Your local Chrysler dealer can deactivate alarm. Although you may have to pay for labor time.
Remove the inside door panel. Remove the door lock linkage. Remove the door lock barrel retaining ring. Reverse the process to install the new door lock.
Unlock the drivers door with the key, that disarms the alarm. If that doesn't work, the switch probably broke off the back of the door lock cylinder inside the door. Its an easy fix and cheap too if you get a replacement from the junkyard. The alarm resets whenever you use the power locks and close all the doors. Even if the windows are open. Good luck.
