Wearing a thong can be a contributing factor to developing a yeast infection. This can occur because thongs are significantly tighter and more constricting that regular underwear. Thongs also make it easier for bacteria from the anus to travel to the vagina (in small amounts). Yeast infections can happen for a number of reasons, including:
1. Wearing tight, non-cotton underwear.
2. Wearing a wet bathing suit for too long.
3. Wearing workout clothes for too long (after working out).
4. Stress.
5. Dehydration.
6. Using perfumed hygienic products (such as scented body wash) around the vaginal area.
7. Using flavored condoms or lubricant.
8. Sexual intercourse. Although a yeast infection is not an STD, it can be triggered by intercourse because any kind of penetration can disrupt the natural balance of bacteria and the pH level in the vagina.
9. Antibiotics.
10. Using a douche. Unless specifically instructed by your doctor, you should NEVER use a douche to clean yourself.
You can help prevent yeast infections by doing the following:
1. Use regular, 100% cotton underwear when possible.
2. Do not sleep in thongs or underwear.
3. Change out of a wet bathing suit as soon as possible.
4. Change out of workout clothes as soon as possible.
5. Stay hydrated.
6. Eat yogurt with live and active culture. Brands such as yoplait and activia contain these.
7. Use hypoallergenic soap around the vaginal area. Most "sensitive skin" bar soaps are hypoallergenic (it will also say on the box).
8. Take probiotics. This is similar to eating a yogurt with live and active cultures.
9. Sleep! Little sleep affects all parts of your body, and can even trigger yeast infections.
10. Cut down on your sugar intake. Eating excessive amounts of sugar can cause a yeast infection.
11. Make sure you are fully lubricated if you are engaging in intercourse. If you feel that you do not get naturally wet enough, you should use store-bought lubricant.

i pissed my underwear two times this week and nothing really happend i just put toilet paper to i don't feel it and i don't even smell it
Try on different kinds of underwear. If you still feel comfortable wearing briefs, there is nothing wrong with that. Its your personal choice in underwear. To stop wearking briefs, just try different kinds of underwear: boxers(loose shorts), boxerbriefs(fit snug like briefs yet lengthy like shorts), hell, panties for all you want. Just get yourself adapted to different underwear if you really want to change your preference in clothing.
Not naturally, no. There may be reasons that it has though like a throat infection or injury.
Yes !...late in the game my obgyn explained even if it is cotton you can get one (yI) If you change underwear every day and keep clean and not too warm down there (shaving completely will make it warmer) and don't wear humid and too tight clothes you should be fine. Just by sleeping in your underwear will not cause yeast infection just like that.
You should change your underwear every day because it promotes good hygiene and also if your underwear is dirty it can irritate your sensitive skin in your pubic area.

A change of their underwear
Yes. Yeast infections can be caused if you keep your underwear on to long without changing it, or if you don't change you pads/tampons often enough. To prevent a yeast infection. Remember to change your underwear at least every day, and change your pads/tampons every 2-6 hrs. Signs of a yeast infection can be discolored discharge. Regular discharge is normal, but if it smells or is a strange color like yellow, green, or gray, it's not regular and there could be a problem.
Discharge, if you see it crust that means you need to change your underwear more often.
