If you have spark to the spark plug, the fuel injector may be at fault.
If you have spark on #4 it is probably a faulty fuel injector.
Run a compression test on #2 cylinder. You either have a burnt valve or cracked head.
Possible failed injector.
firewall side, closest to the drivers side. Don't rule out a bad injector, replace quite a few on nissans, espically when mileage gets up around 100k. does the injector click when the car is running? You can usually put a long thin screwdriver on the injector with the enging running and put the screwdriver against your ear and hear it. Even if it's firing electrically, it may not be working mechanically, the pintle inside not opening to allow fuel to flow. Do you have power to the ignition coil? What shape are the plugs in? Best to do some checking before just replacing the coil, it could be several things preventing that cyl. from firing. hgope it helps.
on the number 1 injector
You need to check compression on #6.
Fuel injector number two circuit malfunction.Fuel injector number two circuit malfunction.
The third injector from the radiator.
the number 1 fuel injector is at the front of the engine towards the fire wall
what is the firing order of 10pd1
injector curcuit malfunction, then tells cylinder number. po200 to po206,
where on a 1995 ford f250 7.3 engine is the number 8 fuel injector located I have hod a buzz test done on the truck thay said the number 8 fuel injector was not working so I need to know wrere is the number 8 fuel injector is located
Bad fuel injector, or debris stuck in the injector not allowing it to close.
Could be a number of things. First, use a long wooden or metal rod, maybe an extra long screwdriver, and place it against the injector with the engine running. You should be able to hear a clicking noise telling you that the injector is trying to work. If you hear the clicking, the check your plugs and wires. If you don't, recheck the injector. If you do not hear the clicking, pull the wiring cap off the injector and check with a test meter for voltage while cranking or running the engine. I have had several that had broken or burned wires in the injector circuit or loose or bad fitting wiring caps, especially prior to 1989. Try switching #1 or #2 wire cap onto the #3 injector and see what happens. If #3 starts firing and #1 stops firing, the problem is in the wiring harness. By the way, all of the injectors on a 22re pulse at the same time on both exhaust and compression stroke so switching them won't cause any problems or damage. Even though they all inject at the same time, they are on 2 circuits. #1 and #3 on one circuit and #2 and #4 on the other. Hope this helps
The firing order start on the number one cylender. Which is the first cylender on the passenger side closest to the front end running in a clock wise direction. when seting your distributer make sure the cylender number on is all the way up and set your router on your distributer pointing towards cylender number one.
The #8 injector is on the driver side and the way to the rear of engine also the only different injector from all others should have a blue plug if updated.
P0205 means that the PCM detected a fault in the injector 5 or the wiring to the injector. Could be a bad injector number 5. Maybe the wires to the injectors or the PCM is faulty.
A fouled or worn out plug, a bad or loose plug wire. There is also a chance that internal engine damage (burnt valve), or even an injector that has quit working.
Trouble code P0202 means: Injector circuit malfunction - cylinder #2
check plugs, wires, or coil packs. on cylinder #5. But if your changing plugs or wires do them all at one not just #5. ------------------------- Dont forget to check the Fuel Injector also. You can test the injector by swapping the # 5 injector with the injector from any other cylinder. If the miss changes cylinder then the injector is bad.
Firing order is: 142536 and number 1 post should be marked on cap.
fouled plug 5 dollars bad coil 42 dollars or cloged fuel injector. run injector cleaner through it
The #1 cylinder is located closest to the front of engine, which is where the pulley that drives serpentine belt is. Ensure injector is getting pulse before replacing.
The number two fuel injector is in the middle on the forward facing side of the engine. Windshield 1-3-5 2-4-6 Radiator/Front of car
