the injector might be the wrong size meaning it might be injecting too much fuel check with the dealership
If you have spark to the spark plug, the fuel injector may be at fault.
If you have spark on #4 it is probably a faulty fuel injector.
Run a compression test on #2 cylinder. You either have a burnt valve or cracked head.
Possible failed injector.

firewall side, closest to the drivers side. Don't rule out a bad injector, replace quite a few on nissans, espically when mileage gets up around 100k. does the injector click when the car is running? You can usually put a long thin screwdriver on the injector with the enging running and put the screwdriver against your ear and hear it. Even if it's firing electrically, it may not be working mechanically, the pintle inside not opening to allow fuel to flow. Do you have power to the ignition coil? What shape are the plugs in? Best to do some checking before just replacing the coil, it could be several things preventing that cyl. from firing. hgope it helps.
