The Chemical equation for granulated zinc and diluted sulfuric acid is

Zn + H2SO4 GIVES(arrow) ZnSO4 + H2O

And impurities like arsine (AsH3), phosphine (PH3), CO2, SO2, H2O(gas.) and H2S because granulated zinc has impurities.

Diluted sulfuric acid.

What does sulfuric acid combined with water produce?

A more diluted acid.

What is the ratio of water and concentrated sulfuric acid in dilute sulfuric acid?

It depends on how diluted the dilute sulphuric acid is (i.e. its concentration).

Why is Concentrated sulfuric acid a weaker acid compared to dilute sulfuric acid?

Concentrated sulfuric acid has sulfuric acid molecules where dilute sulfuric acid has sulfate ions and hydrogen ions. Water in the diluted solution acts as the ionization medium.

Is sulfuric acid dangerous?

Of course it is. Especially if it's not diluted. Keep it off of your skin and away from your eyes.

What happens when you add sulfuric acid to water?

when mixed sulfuric acid with water in the presence of oxygen nothing happens but the acid turned from concentrated acid will turn into diluted acid.

It produces a very large amount of heat, plus diluted sulfuric acid.

What is the function of sulfuric acid in a car battery?

A lead-acid battery is a electrical storage device that uses a reversible chemical reaction to store energy. It uses a combination of lead plates or grids and an electrolyte consisting of a diluted sulphuric acid to convert electrical energy into potential chemical energy and back again.
