there are three things that make a vehicle run: spark.gas and air. Without one of the three, the vehicle will not run. A simple test is spay starting fluid straight into the carborator or throttle body. If the engine tries to start, then it is a fuel problem. the second test is to take the spark plug wire and hold it next to a grounded surface. if you see a spark while the engine is starting, then the spark is okay.
