Remove the 4 screws and remove the trim around TV slide the TV out and the TV itself has a fuse there is also a inline fuse just above the battery under the hood. Mine were not marked so you may have to use an VOM meter to test each fuse.

It's probably a loose or corroded connection or circuit breaker. Don't run off replacing parts until you figure out what's wrong. Doing that just costs a lot of money and introduces a lot of other potential problems for later.
