The cylinder head bolt torque specs for a 1995 Chevy S10 2.2L are as follows: 1st: Torque the long bolts to 46 ft lbs, short bolts to 43 ft lbs 2nd: Turn all bolts an additional 90 degrees
The firing order is 18 43 65 72.

46 ft/lbs for long bolts and 43 ft/lbs for short bolts also rocker arm bolts need to be torqued at 19-22 ft/lbs
there isn't one.
it might be a broken motor mount. there are two mounts located towards the bottom of the left and right side of the engine make sure you are getting spark to all cylinders. (check for Misfiring)
probably the ignition switch if you are refering to the starter solenoid.
.43 is the gap
no you need the catalytic converter replaced or removed but the o2 has a code of its own which it is P0141 and says the sensor is malfunctioning
