If you fusion summoned chimeratech overdragon using cyber dragon cyber laser dragon and 3 other machine monsters if you used de-fusion would you be able to special summon cyber laser dragon back?
Cyber Laser Dragon cannot be special summoned 'except' by following the text on its own card. Even if you properly special summon it by this method, you cannot resummon it from the graveyard by cards like Monster Reborn, or De-Fusion.
Is there a Yu-Gi-Oh card with 10000 defense points?
No, that's going ott a bit too much. The monsters with the highest def are five headed dragon and master of dragon soldier with 5000 def. But you can use card effects to boost them. The easiest way to get powerful monsters out quickly is using future fusion sending about half your deck to the graveyard for chimeratech overdragon then use overload fusion to remove them from play to bring it out and it'll have 13000+ atk and def.

Can you fuse hero kid with another monster card?
Not that I know of. However, I do know a way to use it in a fusion. If you summon it on the field, you can activate a trap known as "DNA surgery" call Machine and you can use it and any other monsters with Cyber Dragon to summon Chimeratech Overdragon. Also, if you have Cyber Dragon out on the field, you can remove it and any other machine monsters for Chimeratech Fortress Dragon. Additionally, it also works if you call Dragon type and fuse 5 monsters for Five Headed Dragon. Since it says any 5 "Dragon types".

Can you use proto-cyber dragon with future fusion?
NO. Because the ProtoCyberDragon's effect states when this monster is face up on the field. Actually you can. But it can only be done for the Chimeratech Overdragon and would have to first use a normal Cyber Dragon.
