I would say that it's possibly healthier for you dependent upon what your traditional foods are. If your traditional foods are nutritionally balanced meals and mainly vegetables and fruit, then your traditional foods are definitely better, however if your a person who doesnt get stumachaches alot and quickly then i think the fast food would be ok
