Women in the church are there to assist their husbands in their responsibilities. Each religion has a different role for women to play. For example in the Latter Day Saint Church (Mormon) the women are given the responsibility to teach the younger children. They have their own organization called Relief Society in which they look after the needs of each other and when needed those needs of the community. Without the women the church would not be able to function properly, they are an essential part of the church.

Though they do not hold the priesthood they share in its blessings. They are the heart and soul of the church family and bare a great responsibility in that great and holy calling.

What church did Christ found?

Simply The Church. The Church is otherwise known as the body of Christ. Every one of Christ's disciples makes up the Church. "Now you are the body of Christ and each one of you is a part of it." 1 Corinthians 12:27 In order to be a part of the Christian Church, you need to believe Jesus Christ died to pay for your sins and was raised from the dead to conquer over death. And confess it with your mouth. All Christian Church denominations believe in this one fundamental truth and the reason there are so many denominations is mainly because of differing views on less important truths of the Bible or different views of worship.
