No rights come from God or Nature. The rich grab the rights, then claim that they received them from God or Nature.
It depends on how you define religion. If you mean following a strict routine, then Christianity is dead against blindly obeying mankind's traditions. If you mean religion as in listening to God and obeying him, Christianity is at the forefront.
