Chrysler voyager imobiliser wont go off tried new batteries in key fob but no luck wont turn over just ignitrion lights and alarm light flashes?

If the Chrysler Voyager key alarm will not go off and the key fob has new batteries, it is possible that the key fob needs to be repaired. Sometimes, the battery holder needs to be re-soldered into the circuit board. It may also need to be reprogrammed by putting it in the ignition and turning it off and on several times, then start the vehicle.
