As acids are water soluable the kidneys are capable of handling large amounts of it without too much ill effects at all. The most notable effect is that you will notice that your urine takes on a distinctive colour.
I'm not a doctor, and i don't have any certificates or whatever, but your body doesn't produce citric acid, and its citric acid content comes solely from the rutaceae fruits which you consume (oranges, grapes, berries, tangerines, mandarin's, grapefruit, limes, lemons, lemonade's, kiwi fruits etc). you would just be eating too much citrus fruits.
If i fart too hard my gnarf cracks in half and turns red. Should i go see a doctor?
The question is not quite clear. If it is meant to mean "Does citric acid cause vomiting?" The answer would usually be no. Citric acid is the acid found in citrus fruit, such as oranges and lemons. The acidity would not cause vomiting, as the stomach uses hydrochloric acid to digest food, and is able to cope with quite strong concentrations. The citric acid could cause vomiting if too much was consumed at once, but even water can cause vomiting if taken in very large quantities.
It is a solid. See the discussion page for further info. (It does not matter that it is dispersed, it still maintains its fundamental state of matter.) Citric acid (anhydrous) is a solid at temperatures below 153C (307F). Citric acid becomes liquid at 153C. At some temperature well above that, pure citric acid may enter vapor phase, but its likely the energetic state of atoms in the molecule at this temperature will cause it to come apart. The boiling point of a solution of citric acid in water depends on the concentration of citric acid in the water.
Eating too much of anything is bad.if your body is sensitive to outside food avoid eating them. Citric Acid is simply fruit acid, the acid that gives citrus fruits like lemons their sour taste. Titanium Dioxide is used as a food colouring, it is the most commonly used one. It's perfectly safe to consume it in that form, but inhaling pure titanium dioxide dust is not a good idea.
citric acid, but not too much at a time, it upsets your stomache.
Due to Citric acid.
citric acid is in lots of food. it makes things sour. if you eat it without food, your face would shrivel up, it would be too sour and some other stuff might happen. ask a doctor before you start taking citric acid ;P
The effects of too much citric acid in the body includes a stomach upset, weakened hair, yellow skin or yellow eyes. Other unpleasant effects are low blood pressure, bloody stools and feeling faint.

No. As tasty as oranges are, they are filled with citric acid. Too much citric acid can kill you. We could live on water for a while since it keeps us going, but we couldn't eat just one food or drink just one thing. We need a variety of food to keep us alive.

If you ever remember trying sour skittles, and eating the powder that is left behind, that is mostly citric acid. I personally like the way it tastes, but too much of it can cause damage to your tounge, teeth, liver, and other parts of the body. source: 8th grade science teacher
