Given what I have read on other websites, I am surprised that this question has not been answered because of the many problems with MacSpeech indicated by current users. I have used Dragon NaturallySpeaking from version 3 through version 9.5 and it is light years ahead of MacSpeech. Frankly, MacSpeech needs a long ways to go, especially their correction system. If I would compare Dragon NaturallySpeaking with MacSpeech, I would give Dragon NaturallySpeaking a 9.5, and MacSpeech a 2. In addition, the MacSpeech folks are charging $55 for an upgrade that try to eliminate some of the problems that should have been corrected in the first place. This company is getting off to a terrible start. I also find it interesting that the end users most often rate MacSpeech as terrible, and the "professionals" give it high ratings. I'm wondering if someone is getting paid off.
Dragon Naturally Speaking works using an included microphone. A student, parent, professional, or blogger can speak into the microphone. Even email can be used. Dragon Naturally Speaking even includes punctuation using prompting.
There are many programs that you can use on a regular computer equipped with a microphone that will allow you to convert speech into print. Some examples include Dragon Naturally Speaking and Windows Speech Recognition.
According to the bible, speaking in tongues is a spiritual gift. It is not something to be learned.
The "dragon speaking" are called shouts which you can access from the same screen you choose your weapons from. Depending on what gaming system you use, you either click either the left or right bumpers.

Speak
There is no difference exactly, but speaking to is more to do with YOU talking. Speaking with implies a group conversation where you are speaking AND listening. I think conversing is a better word for this, but that's just me :)
I/you/we/they speak. He/she/it speaks. The present participle is speaking.
What else should they be speaking? The French speak French because they have been taught how to speak that way. Just as the English speak English because that is what they have been taught.
