I had this question in my A&P class. Here is how I answered it:
Acetylcholinesterase or AChE, is the enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine into two separate entities, acetate and choline (Martini, 2006, p. 407). This is the fourth and final step in the cholinergenic synapse. AChE is in the postsynaptic membrane and in the synaptic cleft. This separation makes it easy for the choline to be absorbed into the synaptic bulb which is used for the synthetic production of more acetylcholine along with the use of acetate that is furnished by CoA or coenzyme A.
The affect that this separation has on neural transmissions in blocking sodium ion channels is for the creation of an action potential. Without an action potential, one would not be able to have a muscle contraction and therefore, would not be able to move, if I understand this correctly. Please, correct me if I am wrong.
A hyperpolarization must happen for the sodium ions channels to be blocked. This event is because of IPSP or an inhibitory post synaptic potential (Martini, 2006, p. 412). When this happens, there is a lessened chance for an action potential to be generated.

Telecinco compares to other television channels about the same. This channel is a Spanish channel owned by Mediaset España. This channel came on television in 1990.
The TV rating of the television network CBS compare pretty well to those of it's competitors, as it is a popular television station for news compared to other news channels, but is not as popular as channels that show popular new shows.
it is a method of transfering a data to another idea
Physical properties are characteristics of a pure substance that can be observed without changing it into another substance. Chemical properties are characteristics of a pure substance that describes its ability to change into different substance.

You must compare the densities of the object and whatever substance you are putting it in. If the density of an object is greater than the substance it is in, then the object will not float on the surface

Relative dating allows you to compare the age of a substance with the age of another substance, but it won't actually give you the exact age.
