There are only 2 reasons why this might be happening.
1. The printer only prints in black or you have run out of other colored ink.
2. In Printer Options [File/Print...] it may have been set to Print "Black & White".

You connect it to the computer and you save your picture from the camera to the computer,laptop,usb, etc. If you have a printer than you can print them out but they waste a lot of color/black ink.
