They don't print pictures but you can print pictures from a camera in a computer. It possibly comes with a cable that at the end it looks like a usb. You connect it to the computer and you save your picture from the camera to the computer, laptop, usb, etc. If you have a printer than you can print them out but they waste a lot of color/black ink. I tried it.
Polaroid cameras are cameras that print instantly having a picture been taken. I would not recommend this camera unless the person buying this does not intend to have the pictures digitized.
Pictures of the cameras themselves, or pictures that were taken from the camera? If it is pictures of the cameras themselves, Google Images works fine. For pictures that were taken from the camera, go to Flickr and type in the camera model to see its pictures.
No, cameras have been around a lot longer than the internet, even the most modern camera can take photos to film or a memory chip and print the pictures or display then on screen without the need for internet.
Cameras that don't create motion pictures or video.
Not directly on the camera itself (as it has no printer), but by putting the files containing the photos on a computer with a printer and telling the computer to print them you can. Also many stores have equipment that can read the files containing the photos and print them for you (for a fee).
There are many ways to print pictures from a digital cameras but probably the easiest way would be to take your camera to a photo print shop and use their printing machine. Either follow the directions on the machine or ask a worker to help you walk thru the process.
