In Christianity, eternity refers to the concept of life continuing beyond earthly existence. It is often associated with the belief in an eternal afterlife where individuals experience either eternal communion with God (heaven) or eternal separation from God (hell) based on their choices and beliefs during their earthly lives. Eternity is considered a state of timeless existence that transcends the limitations of mortal life.
