The Copyright Act 1987 protects graphic works, photographs, sculptures, or collages, irrespective of artistic quality; a work of architecture being a building or a model for a building; or a work of artistic craftsmanship.
As it was composed in 1913, copyright protection has expired. However, if you are renting a set of parts, the rental agreement may have certain requirements attached to it (contract law, not copyright law); or if you are interested in using a recording, that recording of that performance has its own copyright protection. The 1987 Joffrey Ballet reconstruction is also protected, as is the 1940 Disney film "Fantasia."
The Malaysian Copyright Act of 1987 considers "fixation" to occur when "the work has been written down, recorded or otherwise reduced to material form."see related link below for full text of section 7 "Works eligible for copyright"
Malaysia's copyright law is Act 332, the Copyright Law of 1987. More information can be found at the link below.

The song itself would have entered the public domain in 1987. However certain arrangements, performances, and recordings may have their own copyrights.
The answer is simple...... you can't...unless it's a pirate copy. The BBC f***ed up the copyright issues regarding some songs and therefore were not able to make a dvd. They were talking about showing it again in June 2007 on BBC4 after supposedly finding out that all the copyright issues had in reality been taken care off 20 years earlier. Then weeks before it was due out they then discovered that they hadn't. This has caused many people to question the BBC's competence. SpidaTrap.com
