As an NYU Sophomore I currently Pay: $17,616.00 a Semester for Tuition, $6,425.00 a semester for hours and I also paid a $1,071.00 Service and registration fee for a total of $25,111.00 a semester or $50,222 a year for NYU. However I dorm on -campus (you can get your own apartment for cheaper in NYC) and I have a lot of NYU scholarships and other Financial Aid that help me a lot. But not everyone is as happy with their Financial aid as I am. Hope that helps.
Yes, in some situations such as: "The cost is adjusted yearly for inflation." Adverbs are words describing how, when, where, or why an action takes place. If yearly describes when something happens, it is an adverb. (see above) If yearly is describing a noun, it is an adjective. (such as "I have a yearly checkup.")
