depends on the type of exhaust system you are wanting...also on your states emissions laws. If your state does not require an emission inspection on a 94 mustang, then you wont have to pay for a cat system (which can greatly increase the cost of the system). You should be able to get a decent complete exhaust system for less than $600 without the cats. If you want headers, off road pipes, performance mufflers and so on then you're looking at around $600 - $1000 (thats installed by a shop) you will save alot if you can do it yourself.
