Could I be pregnant If Im having tummy pain everytime I eat and haven't missed my period. I had a miscarriage roughly 6 yrs ago. My boyfriend of 10 yrs and I have been trying to conceive.?

Pain with eating is not a sign of pregnancy. A missed period and positive pregnancy tests are signs of pregnancy. Take a home pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant. See your primary care provider about the pain with eating; this symptom needs attention if you're trying to conceive.
