The function of condoms is to prevent the contact of bodily fluid from both parties. In the case of pregnancy, the possibility is there only if your boyfriend's ejaculation penetrates through the condom or there's a leak, which is very unlikely, although condom is not 100% safe.
In this case - if your boyfriend was wearing a condom, he shouldn't have to pull out in time. Condoms were made for those reasons; to catch semen when a male ejaculates. Unless if there is a rip, hole, or tear in the condom - there is a possibilty you could be pregnant. It is highly unlikely though. Condoms are 98% effective. Therefore only 2% it does not work. If you are this concerned about your boyfriend not pulling out in time (even with a condom on), I suggest you think about starting Birth Control or maybe the morning after pill.
"Pulling out" is no guarantee of birth control. It is possible to become pregnant from the "pre-cum". If you are on the pill then pulling out is unnecessary from a pregnancy standpoint.Neither pulling out nor the pill will protect you from VD. If you are in a committed (monogamous) relationship and have both been tested than that is not an issue, otherwise you should be using condoms during intercourse."Pulling out" is no guarantee of birth control. Pregancy does not rely on whether the woman remains lying down post intercourse. Neither is "pulling out" a particularly good form of birth control...if that was the intent.
yes! It is very possible to get pregnant even without him actually ejaculating inside of you. My sister in law got pregnant and he wasn't even inside of her for 5 seconds. Sounds crazy I know. But that was the only time they were sexually involved and the paternity test proved it was his child. So I would try a different method than pulling out. I've had 2 friends get pregnant that way just in the last 6 months.
Yes.
yes there is a chance that you can become pregnant from you partner pulling out without a condom
South Carolina considered pulling out as a protest
people started pulling resources out of America for trade.
Is she pulling it out or is it just coming out as you pet her? If she is pulling it out she may be pregnant. In that case you need to get a nest box right away. If you pet her and some hair come then she is just molting.
You might not neccesarily be pregnant, but there is a higher chance than if you actually used a condom, or any other contraceptive..

No it is not as safe. One, you could contract an STD. Two, you could get her pregnant from precum that you have no control over.
By pulling her to the side and talking to her about why you dont want him to and how you feel about him celebrating your birthday with him.
