Yes, it is for everyone called (see John 6:44, 65) from that moment to the 2nd Coming of Christ. Matthew 24; Mark 13; and Luke 21 each tells of the increasing wickedness of mankind and the spreading of the Gospel of Christ and not about Christ. This is the core message Jesus brought - The Kingdom of God coming to Earth.

These 3 chapters are biblical prophecy and as such commonly contain a biblical principal of 'duality' meaning it is for the near future as well as another more distant future time. In the above case, it is for all mankind in each of their lifetimes:

Matthew 24:12-14New International Version (NIV)12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

In God's Holy Day Plan of Salvation for all humanity, Matthew, Mark, and Luke's chapters are referring particularly to the Feast of Trumpets - the 4th of 7 Holy Days (Leviticus 23:23-25). This feast pictures Christ's 2nd Coming to intervene in the worldly affairs of mankind which is on the verge of annihilation. It also pictures the 1st resurrection of the 'firstfruits' of the Church of God - the living and the dead (see 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). The accounts in Matthew, Mark and Luke as referenced above relate to the various text in Revelation chapter 6, 11, and 20 in particular. These gospel writings define the four horsemen per the seals, Matthew 13 happening at Revelation 11:15 seventh Trumpet leading to the Millennial Rule and the final judgments and the salvation of mankind.

Matthew 24:13 (KJV): "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." This is so broad and ambiguous that it could refer to any generation, or none. The context was originally copied from Mark chapter 13, which referred to Jesus' generation.

It could be addressing the current generation, as well as nearly every other generation, as the world never seems to have a shortage of religious hypocrites.

Why you rate alternating current in volts rather than amphere you are considering current and rating it voltage?

Current is rated in current, not amps ever. In referring to power usage, one may refer to volt-amps, which is a measure of power; but if you are referring to current, it is always in terms of current.
