yess they can still get arrested with parent consent...its against the law
Yes, it is possible for a 21 or 22-year-old individual to be arrested for getting a 17-year-old girl pregnant, even with parental consent, depending on the laws of the specific jurisdiction. In many places, the age of consent for sexual activities is set higher than the age of 17, and engaging in sexual activities with a minor could result in criminal charges regardless of parental consent.
The legal age for getting a tattoo in British Columbia is 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to get a tattoo even with parental consent.
The legal age for getting a tattoo without parental consent in Israel is 18 years old. Individuals under 18 require parental permission to get a tattoo in Israel.
The legal age for getting a tattoo in Alberta is 18 years old. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to get tattoos in the province, even with parental consent.
In Florida, the legal age for getting a tongue piercing without parental consent is 18. Minors under 18 would need written consent from a parent or legal guardian to get a tongue piercing.
I believe that it is the same anywhere in the US. 16 with parent/guarding consent, 18 without it. That goes for any piercings, except ear lobes which can be done with a gun (the only piercing that is done with a gun). But you'll still need parental consent.
No the age of consent is 16.
it depends on what the age of consent is in your state.
totally legal with parental consent
Parental consent is irrelevant has doesn't change anything. ( I robbed the bank, but it's okay, I had my parents' permission!) 16 is the age of consent in most of the places, so there will be nothing illegal about it.
It depends on the state, but probably with parental consent. The prospect of a teenager getting parental consent is not an easy task.
I don't think so, If they are both over the age of consent then no.
The age of consent in Maryland is 16 so you are safe. If she had been a minor though no one had been able to give her consent. They had then broken the law.
It is possible in the state of Nevada. The age of consent is 17 in that state.
18 without parental consent.
Most states only allow teens age 16 and up marry with parental consent but those who allow below 16 to marry also require a consent from the court. That is very difficult to get because you got to have good reasons why they would let a 15yo get emancipated. Getting pregnant is not exactly a sign of maturity. I can not answer fully since I do not know which state you are in but parental consent would be #1.
In some states getting married emancipates you. But since you need to be 18 in Oklahoma to get married without parental consent that is probably moot.
Since they are minors they need parental consent so no one will marry them or the marriage will not be legal. Even in states where you can get married young due to pregnancy, you still need to go to court and get a judge's permission and they rarely give that. If you do manage to get married nothing happens and you are then emancipated. If you fail your parents will punish you and you are not emancipated.
