It's very unlikely to get pregnant if your tubes are tied, and if you do get pregnant it's highly likely it'll be an ectopic pregnancy and those usually end in miscarriage or having to go to the doctor to get removed because a baby can't live in a tube. Besides if you Google "percentage pregnancy tubes tied" and click on the first link it'll tell you all about it and there's only a 1% change of concieving with tubes tied and even then you can follow through with the pregnancy in a tube.
