Po745 is generaly set by slip shifts . It says by defenition pressure solenoid - pca fault.i have seen this many times before and what generally follows this code is a 1-2 slip, or a 2-3 slip or flares or neutralizes especially after trans oil heats up.the servo case bores wear extremely inside causing a loss of apply pressure on the servos which apply the bands. 5r55s/w transmissions. Usually the servo pistons could also be damaged due to excessive hi pressure applied because the trans turns the mil light on and ramps up pressure too high.
