Can i DRINK SODA WHILE HAVING A BLADDER INFECTION A. WHO ever write that at the top is stupid . I had bladder infections when I was pregnant with both of my children so if you missed a period or if your period only lasted a shorter time than normal then you could be pregnant.
Not really, except that you may want to postpone sex until the infection clears due to bladder spasms. Early pregnancy can mimic a bladder infection with frequent urination, a "crampy" feeling and nausea. A kidney infection during pregnancy can cause miscarriage, if it is not treated quickly.
An untreated bladder infection during pregnancy can increase the odds of preterm labor.
yes.
no; I don't believe so but how do you know its a bladder infection it could just be pregnancy it self expplucky@hotmail.co.uk
No, UTI or bladder infection cannot give positive pregnancy test results. The positivity of a pregnancy test is due to a reaction involving hCG, human chorionic gonadotropic hormone that is present in the urine and an antibody with indicator coated test strip. If the woman is pregnant, then hCG will be present. If she is not pregnant, hCG will not be prestent.
It sounds as if you have a very typical bladder infection, which I think is common in pregnancy because the baby is pressing on the bladder and there is just general strain on your body. I think you would just need to take something that would clear up a bladder infection, but make sure it's safe to take during pregnancy. Hope you get better soon and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. :)
Well if you think you're pregnant and have already missed a couple periods go to the doctor or hospital and get antibiotics to clear up the bladder infection first then take a pregnancy test.
In brief, yes.
Cramping after urinating isn't a symptom of pregnancy, that I'm aware of. But is is a strong sign that you could have a UTI (Bladder infection). Go see your doctor to get checked for that. Antibiotics will take care if it if you do have a UTI. Yes, I'm pregnant and positive that I don't have a bladder infection and I have the same thing. Pretty much everything hurts when your pregnant.
most likely a urinary tract infection. (infection in the tubes and stuff that lead to your bladder) or an infection in your actual bladder. DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE! not so much caffeine. if you don't drink caffeine and still havea urinary tract infection go to the doctor. hope this helps. -Brittany
No, a bladder infection won't cause a late or missed period. But antibiotics, which are usually given for a bladder infection, can cause the pill not be as effective. If you are late or missed a period you should see a doctor for a pregnancy test. Or take a home test. Anytime you are on antibiotics, you need to use a back up method of birth control.
It is possible that u may have a vaginal infection as well. You should deffinitly go see a doctor because it is that and u dont treat it, there could be serious consequences. Ive never heard of such a thing for pregnancy but you could always take a pregnancy test.
