Could a camera with concave lens instead of convex still take pictures?

NEVER....
In order to obtain image on any media.. be it your digital camera's censor or the old-school photographic film;
The image so farmed has to always be Real.(real images are often inverted too! )
Additionally :
The concave lens never forms a real image. with concave lens you can very-well see it virtual n erect image inside the lens with your eyes but cannot obtain it on any physical screen/photographic plate.
