Yes, nearly all fruits and vegetables contain glucose, and of course Celery fits into this catagory. The way to test it is to buy some Tes-tape. Then press the yellow tape against the cells of the inside flesh of the celery. If the paper turns green it contains Glucose

Yes, celery contains carbohydrate (but not a lot per stick of celery). All vegetables and fruits contain carbohydrate.
