That depends if you mean a habitat upbove the water then NO it can stay in the water but yes it can have a habitat under water
because they have a piece of fat called ''blubber.Since the blubber keeps the warm fat they could survive in the really could water in the arctic.
No. First of all, killer whales are aquatic mammals, which means that they are air-breathing, but need to live in the water.
The killer whales' predator is man. Man hunt the killer whales and take their skins to sell them.
There could be many ways to cause a pod of killer whales to weaken. For example when the whales are in stuck in frozen ice and there only way of breathing is a crack in the ice.
yes
Killer Whales are at the very VERY VERY TOP of the food chain in the ocean. Even the Great White shark and Blue Whales would stay clear of this animal. Until we discover something greater in the ocean, it is fair to say that nothing WILL eat a Killer Whale. Killer Whales have not been known to kill each other, and humans have not been recorded directly eating the flesh of killer whales (they are usually hunted for their blubber, which is used in making oil, not eating). But regardless of that, Humans and Killer Whales COULD eat killer whales. You could go further and say sharks could eat baby killer whales (although its unlikely because youngsters are carefully guarded by their parents), or even other giant animal like Polar Bears and Leopard Seals... Any carnivore CAN EAT a killer whale, its just a matter of killing it fist!
No. but i wish you could. i love killer whales. -shamu_awesome
yes, it may be extinct soon.
Both creatures are good predators, and both appear in Jerry Palotta's books. But I think a killer whale could. They could work together to bring a sperm whale down.
I don't believe there are hump back whales in captivity. There are many killer whales, but i don't think the aquarium owners could keep a whale that large.None.
That could be the case for any cetacean (whales, dolphins, porpoises, or killer whales).
because if they become extinct, it could have a huge inpacked of the food chain..
