Do you mean can it harbor Samonella bacteria which could cause a Salmonella infection in a person who drinks it? Of Course it can. Any food that is available for human consumption carries that risk. Raw milk can be healthy and delicious if it is handle properly and comes from clean, grass-fed cows. The milk you by at the store has a much higher chance of being contaminated because it comes from dirty dairies where the animals are pumped full of antibiotics to KILL bacteria. Then the milk is cooked which kills more bacteria--good and bad. Would you rather take your chances with dirty, bacteria ridden animals that have to be treated so that there milk is suitable for human consumption or with an animal that is healthy, free-range and drug free? Antibiotics and Pasteurization cannot kill all of the bacteria so I choose to get my milk from a clean farm.
