No not usually. There would need to be an existing problem where pressure exerted directly on the breast causes a rupture. The pressure required would be extremely painful for a natural breast anyway. Skydiving equipment is designed (harness cheststraps) are designed so the straps go under the breast.
The ACT of skydiving will not rupture a breast implant.
