Well, its quite simple: Windows Updates. Let me explain it, When windows updates is activated it will check for updates at 3 o clock midnignt, because of the default settings. You wont notice this when your pc is off. However, your pc will go on when its in hybernate or sleep mode. Just totaly shutdown the pc to prevent this, or change the windows update settings.
