Could the devil persuade you out of a relationship with someone my girlfriend broke up with me saying God was telling her to pursue a friend and i dont think He would do that?

You are probably correct, that God would not interject Himself into a teen relationship, but it seems unlikely too that the devil would do so. It may be that your ex-girlfriend simply didn't want to tell you that she is tired of you or that she finds the new guy more attractive...she's trying not to hurt your feelings. Find a new girl friend and forget about it.
God might do that occasionly, but not just randomly, it would be for a good reason. Your girlfriend might be doing what the person above wrote, but also, she might have been mistaken. Sometimes people think that God is telling them something, but Hes not actually.
On the otherhand, it is possible. Hey, you never know. Maybe she wasnt right for you and something bad would have happened. Maybe God did do it. But not to hurt you, maybe it benefited you.
