Could there be something wrong you are 7 weeks pregnant and am always tired and feel very bloated you are also feeling sick and have an upset tummy and diarrhoea is there anything to worry about?

Don't worry - this is all normal though it doesn't feel nice at all. If you start vomiting, that is normal too. Try to eat little and often, whatever you can face. It's the hormones doing it, before they hand over to the placenta. Most women feel a lot better by about 14 weeks, the energy comes back too. I had diahorrhoea as well - isn't it awful? Make sure that you drink lots of water but a little at a time, so it doesn't make you sick. Try and rest as much as you can.
