Your breasts can be sore for many reasons other then pregnancy. Progesterone which is released before your period can cause your breasts to be tender. If you think there is a chance you are pregnant take a test. Whatever the result occasional breast tenderness is normal. If it is accompanied by nipple discharge or lumps (out of the ordinary)you should contact a doctor. And don't forget to do your monthly self exam.

make sure you are not pregnant. If you are pregnant then this is the cause. Your breasts are producing milk for your baby and they grow and get sore mroe often. make sure you drain or pump your milk though or you could be too unhealthy to breastfeed your baby. If you are not pregnant then i would recommend getting an MRI done on your breast.
