There is no problem with taking Oranges with lipitor.

Be careful. This is too broad a statement. Pomelos, Sevilles and Cara Cara oranges should not be consumed while on Lipitor. They will give the same results as Grapefruit.

No, because the effects of grapefruit on your medication lasts up to 72 hours in your system. It is recommended that you do not consume any grapefruit or grapefruit-like oranges (ie. cara cara oranges) while taking lipitor.
