Could you let me know what I have to do to my 2002 Chevy pickup 4 wheel drive to be able to flat tow it with my motorhome so there is no damage done to the automatic transmission or any other part?

You have to disconnect the driveshaft and transfer case or front driveshaft. Just remove everything that will turn the transmission.
