It is doubtful. When ones appendix ruptures, it releases bacteria into the abdominal cavity, which sets one up for infection. An infection of that magnitude would be hard to survive without treatment.

That's exactly what I surmised. I figure the odds of survival would decrease extremely within the first two weeks. And by the end of the second month, you'd be dead unless you had antibiotics, and a godly immune system. Thanks for confirming my thoughts.
