Title is the name of a book, movie, etc. There are several other words that mean the same thing. Banner, caption, appellation, and headline are all words that could be used instead of title.
It can be anything you want it to be technically. I would include the title of the book in the title of the book. For example: The Glorious Cause By Jeff Shaara could be the title of a book report.

Sit down with a thesaurus and look for words that pertain to your topic. When you get a good list then play with them adding connecting words.
It should be split into two separate words. Together it could be a proper name (title of book or film).

The book title should be in italics on the Works Cited page. The title should be written in title case, where all major words are capitalized.
There is no known book with the title "How to Hide Your Insanity." It could be a fictional title or a joke.
