MORE INFORMATION FROM ASKER: I would buy a smartphone from AT&T, give it the data plan I want, then put the sim card in a Prepaid smartphone. The reason being, I really want the Samsung Galaxy Appeal, but in the AT&T store I was told that I could never get 3G on it since it is prepaid. (strange, since the one on display in the store had fast, working 3G...) Please ignore if my question posted more than once, I'm new to the site and had some trouble.
