It depends why it doesn't work. If it is just flat, then usually you can. If the battery has been damaged then maybe not.
Does the engine crank but not start? Or does it not even crank? Based on the information you gave, you could have a bad starter or weak battery. Dead battery. Recharge it or get a new one.
Does it turn over? Does it have spark? Fuel?
The LX178 has a stator to recharge the battery. When this goes bad, the voltage regulator indicates no charge being produced. The mower dies do to lack of enough charge to produce a spark. When you recharge, there is enough current to again produce a spark - will run until the battery goes dead again.
Try plugging the device into the wall and turn it on. If it still doesn't turn on, you may be dealing with a shorted motherboard. Hopefully it is under warrantee then. If it works with AC power, then it very well could be a battery issue.
you should be able to start your jimmy up right after you install your new battery...if it doesnt, I would replace or clean your battery cable terminals and see if that works!
Kindle works with Embed Java, sometime it fails, Slide Power Button, and hold for 15s it will restart. It also happens when you run out of battery, so make sure you recharge your Kindle.
One of the newest ways to recharge a mobile device or a battery is to use a battery charging pad, although it might not be obvious how it actually works. Basically, a battery charging pad creates an electromagnetic field that is oscillating at a specific frequency. The device or battery on top of the pad has a small coil inside that is attuned to this frequency, and generates electricity when exposed to the field the pad is generating. Using this method makes it possible to charge a battery without requiring it to be physically plugged into an outlet.
it works in side the battery
Double check that the battery works, then check if the engine works.
