It's possible. If you normally have very regular periods, and missing a period three months straight is very out of the ordinary for you, I'd go and get a test. But lots of women have really irregular cycles, especially if you are very athletic or very thin, or if you've recently changed your eating habits. I have a friend who is a dancer that only gets her period once or twice a year, for example. Assuming you have had sex then yes. But a medical problem can also cause this problem. Have yourself checked out by a doctor. yes
